If you weren't running server-side tracking two years ago, those two years of customer behavior, purchase patterns, and attribution data are permanently lost. Acquirers know this—a business with three years of clean BigQuery data is worth materially more than one scrambling to set up tracking before a sale. Every month without proper data collection is a month of history that no amount of money can recover.
