No. Transmute Engine works independently of GTM. You can run it alongside GTM, or replace GTM entirely. Our WordPress plugin (inPIPE) handles event capture natively — no tag manager required.

Yes. Transmute Engine is built specifically for WordPress. The inPIPE plugin installs like any standard plugin and works with all major themes, page builders, and WooCommerce. PHP 7.4+ and WordPress 5.8+ are supported.

An outPIPE is a data destination. BigQuery is the primary outPIPE, but you can also stream to Google Analytics 4, Facebook Conversions API, and other platforms depending on your plan. Each outPIPE is a separate connection.

We don’t cut you off. Events continue streaming, and we’ll notify you when you approach your limit. You can add extra event capacity at any time — each block costs $10/month. If overages become regular, we’ll recommend the next plan up.

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — no lock-in contracts for Transmute Engine plans. AEO has a 6-month minimum term because results take time to build. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You do. 100%. The BigQuery dataset lives in your own Google Cloud project. Seresa streams data into it but never stores, sells, or accesses your data beyond what’s needed to deliver the service. You have full control and ownership.
