Can I change or cancel anytime?
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No lock-in contracts. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is my data private? Who owns it?
You do. 100%. The BigQuery dataset lives in your own Google Cloud project. Seresa streams data into it but never stores, sells, or accesses your data beyond what’s needed to deliver the service. You have full control and ownership.
What is Gorilla?
Gorilla is Seresa’s AI intelligence layer — trained on your data, embedded across your tools. It powers the chatbot on your website (included from Cerise), data queries in Slack (Cherry Red+), and desktop AI tools for power users (all plans).
What does lifetime lock actually mean?
Your rate is locked at what you pay today, for as long as your subscription stays active. No increases, no exceptions. If you cancel, the lock ends and can’t be reinstated at the old rate. New add-ons or product lines launched in future may carry their own pricing — but your core plan rate doesn’t change.
Can I upgrade from Harvest Lite to Harvest later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your new plan starts at its current rate with its own lifetime lock (if you’re on annual). You only pay the difference.
What happens if I cancel and come back?
Your lifetime lock ends on cancellation. If you rejoin later, you’ll sign up at whatever the current rate is. The lock rewards staying — it’s designed that way.
Do I need a Google Cloud account for BigQuery?
For Harvest and above, yes — BigQuery runs in your own Google Cloud project, so you own the data completely. For Harvest Lite, no — your data goes into a Seresa-managed shared dataset. Either way, we handle all the setup.
What’s the difference between shared and private BigQuery?
Harvest Lite uses a shared Seresa-managed BigQuery dataset — your data is isolated but lives in our project. Harvest and above give you your own private dataset in your own Google Cloud project. Full ownership, full control, queryable with any AI tool you like.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Annual Harvest customers get BigQuery setup worth $187 included free. All other plans are self-serve setup — no fee, no hidden costs.
